Vendor Information and Registration
The Convention Committee is very excited about our Trade Show/Vendor Room. We have set aside over 37,000 square feet for this part of the convention, as the Trade Show is one of the most popular parts of a National Narrow Gauge Convention. A full list of vendors will be added as tables are reserved.
For those who have never been a vendor at a National Narrow Gauge Convention, unlike other venues you may have attended, the vendor get to choose your tables when you register. The front doors are marked on the diagram, so there is usually a high demand for tables near them. Naturally, these tables are on a first come, first serve basis, so it is very beneficial to reserve your tables early. Tables are all 6 feet long by 30 inches. Due to changes at the Convention Center, no table cloths will be provided, so please plan to bring your own. Table clothes are available for rental at an additional charge, if you prefer.
Tables go on sale at 12:01AM on September 2, 2026.
